3K Concept Ltd sells men’s and women’s clothing, footwear, bags and accessories both online and in-store.
This policy explains your rights and our returns procedures. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Under UK law, products must be:
• Of satisfactory quality
• Fit for purpose
• As described
If a product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
Within 30 days of purchase or delivery
You have the right to reject faulty goods and receive a full refund.
After 30 days and within 6 months
We may offer a repair or replacement first. If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.
During the first six months after purchase, the law assumes that the fault existed at the time of sale unless proven otherwise.
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be in original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Original packaging should be included where possible
• Proof of purchase must be provided
There are no final sale items, meaning all eligible products can be returned within the 30-day period if they meet the conditions above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
3K Concept Ltd does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit, provided that:
• The item is unused and unworn
• Tags and packaging remain intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund.
